For whatever reason when I was a kid I always wanted to stay at this motel in rural Kansas. Well, I finally got to do it. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a great shower. The motel is obviously showing its age but for $60 out the door, it wasn’t too bad of a stay.
The room was quiet and roomy. Did not do the breakfast, so unable to comment. If you need a place to stay for the night on Rt 36, this will do for a great price. Pet friendly!
This was a great experience, especially for the price. (booked through booking.com, in case that helps anyone) Ross and Sandy were amazing, the breakfast was quaint, and the rooms were surprisingly robust for the price. i really enjoy watching businesses make the most of space and a limited budget. This was a great experience in that regard as well.

Really great experience. We came from out of town because our air conditioner went out. The air was cold, the room smelled good, clean and we were allowed to have our dogs with us. Definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They have a reasonable pet rate and the rooms came with a fridge, microwave and working TV. Honestly felt as if got more for my money here than staying at a more expensive hotel which offer the same things basic things. I would definitely be willing to stay here again.
Tbh . I totally didnt expect the rooms to be clean . I will be back if I ever come this way aging .. bed comfy. Bathroom spotless. Tv has all channels. WiFi works good .
